Choose to Relax

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. 

I had an interview, and shortly after, I reflected on my growth with the pressure of interviewing and the pressure of public speaking. 

I concluded that when we are in uncomfortable situations the pressure is usually self-applied. The reciprocating party is just responding to your state of mind and body language. 

The next time, you have to share space in a situation that gives you a bit of chills, intentionally choose to relax. You will notice how the environment responds/changes based on your energy. 

Be calm. Be relaxed. Give love. Be love.
